CARBON TRUNK OPINION NEEDED

i am going to get the carbon trunk but should i paint the rear portion and leave the top carbon or just leave it alone ?

What vendor is offering a carbon trunk? Do you know the weight savings?

vis offers the carbon trunk and i have no idea what kind of weight savings you get from it . i can't imagine that it's that much

FYI - stock trunk weighs 24#. carbon trunk weighs 12#.
I would suggest getting it and putting it on as is. Then decide about painting if necessary. See if we can get a discount for two.
