What have you guys paid for F1 Pinnacle all around? I'm being quoted $450 for it, and $250 for F1 Classic.

I'm thinking of going F1 Pinnacle at 35 in the rear and 50 on the fronts. Too light in front? I don't want any hassles.

Just today I went with F1 ceramic 35% all around on my Arctic White and it looks great. I didn't want too dark either, but I also didn't want a noticeable difference between front and rear. This seems to be a good compromise. I toyed with going 15% on the back glass but decided against it. Cops, stay away please.

All around including windshield? I guess it should be cheaper w/o windshield?

Sick pic, looks really good on white. Plus you can see the stylish driver and passenger through the stylish tint. Very stylish I might add.

MB's windshields have really good UV ray blocking. I wouldn't recommend tinting it unless you are a really cool person and really like to add extra bling.

Interesting. I've never heard that before. Never had issues either.

I wasn't planing to anyway because it is illegal here in IL. I already have to deal with the front plates and speeding so I don't want to give cops any additional reasons to write me a ticket.

I was thinking to get my car tinted, just wondering if anyone could help me in terms of options for tints. Is there any other option other than "film" tints? I hate the idea of having bubbles popping up on my car in 3 or 4 years. Any input would be appreciated.

2008 C300 4matic
Hi everyone

I'm thinking of getting my 2008 C300 tinted tomorrow. I'm from Ontario, and above all, though I prefer aesthetic appeal, I also value safety (having been in a car crash before - total loss) and know how important it is to not have your insurance void.

The place I'm thinking of tinting at has F1 Pinnacle Ceramics at 15 and 30% - and though my ideal was 35/15 looking at the pictures... I've decided to go for front-30 and rear-15. Of course, the rear window would be tinted as well.

I have a question about tinting the windshield. I would like to tint it so people can't just look into my car and see all my belongings very easily, but I know how important visibility is.

I'm considering a 50% tint, but I also read that MB windshield's reflect UV rays quite well themselves already, so I might leave it alone, favoring safety over utility/visual appeal/enhanced privacy.

Please let me know soon! Thanks!
