Lets see your tint percentages?

You could drive down the tint shop and have them hold a film over the window for an idea. I personally
do not like different shades in the front & rear.. you could just do 30 or 35 all the way around.

I have 13% all around. I just took some quick shots from both outside & inside views. It's perfect during the day, but it does take some getting used to when it's dark out.

What color is your vehicle? 30/15 will not restrict visibility a great deal, but to everyone their own.

i have a pretty wacky set up (in person i promise you, you don't notice and it looks good to me) i have 5% my rear windshield, 20% my side windows, and 50% the front windshield.. the only one that looks light is the windshield ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
as for me getting harassed in the ny area like the rest o the guys.. i have jersey plates <3
so because my car get's another states inspection limits etc. they can't ticket my car because it gets passed in a different state![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
doesn't mean NJ is lenient, but i drive only in nyc when i'm out of the house and when in NJ it's max to the local mall or in town (town cops know me, i grew up here and in NJ each town has it's on dept. so they tend to be lenient against locals, BUT doesn't mean crossing over into the next town you wont get ****ed) or a simple ride to the mall that an officer won't stop you, but for the most part i don't get as much problems as NYers do, i feel bad for them.. my cousin tells me in NY w. his plates being from there he gets so much sh** for it it's ridiculous

How about this
I got pulled over 2 times today going to work.
I was 3 block away from my job and live 2 miles away. Tnk god no tickets tnx PBA cards.
now tonight I'm going home and taking my tints off. This is about the 30th time I got pulled over within 2 year and 3 months and only 1 ticket. I'm just sick and tierd off getting pulled over for tints.
Good luck bc here in NYC you allowed 0% tint.

I've had all my NJ cars tinted at 35%. I used to get pulled over in my ghetto Ford Probe all the time when I was a kid lol, but since driving MB, they don't bother.

Be careful of a tint this light. I made a mistake by thinking it would be more *see through*, which technically, it is. However, when applied, it makes the window into a mirror almost. The darker tint looks a lot better and is not as reflective for some reason. I did this to my Prius and all of the windows looked like mirrors.

C300 3M 35/20 Before and After Pics
I got my C300 done yesterday... 3M 35/20. Here are the before and after pix-
If anyone is looking to get a great tint for a reasonable price I'd recommend Tiffany's Tint for anyone in the Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington Ontario area. Great folks, great job. Love the new tint.
