First off, you need to define "zero cost replacement." Regardless, my initial thought is that the replacement you're about to take delivery of will have a cost and it will not be zero. Mark my words.

In addition, I saw the memo from mbusa to the dealer (and surely to dealers across the nation) and it said 10k off for 2010 C63, ML63, CLS63 and 15k off for E63.
Like I said before, this deal exists but how you get it may depend on your relationship with your dealer.

Its a good deal indeed. Pretty much what my guy offered me for a new 63. I told him I would wait till Aug. Should see about 5K more off and then its decision time. New 63 or something else...

If they are worth their salt they will do a quick check, see where the steel/gray on black in DC is located (ie what dealer), know youre serious, and get on with the negotiating...
there was one outside and one inside. i suspect all of their c63's are 15k off.
