Used C63 lookouts and pricing
Hi All,
i came accross a 2009 C63 that i think i quite like but not sure about the stats and numbers if they are reasonable or not.
specs as below:
2009 Black Obsidian
$46000
41000 Miles
Multimedia Package
Premium II Package
AMG leather Package
have been trying to find used one but have not yet found one until this one
are there any specific issues or things i should find/look at on a used C63?

Ouch, 41k in a year? Must be a lot of highway miles! Doesn't sound reasonable at all though.
If you're looking for prices to judge upon, go into the thread where people are stating what they had paid for there C63's. Some people were able to snag brand new C63's for just over 50k... based on that, this doesn't sound like a good deal at all. I won't care to comment with my personal finances, being that I am in Canada, and our market is different.

wow. people have spent low $50's on a brand new C63. i would keep on looking if in fact that is 41,000 miles instead of 4,100 which would sound a lot more like it.

Ive been leaning toward the M as well. But im going to keep the C63. I was thinking on getting a 2010 if my dealer can give me a good number on it. He is buying my 2009 10K miles for 49800 if I pull the trigger.

You might fetch that amount. Good amount of mods, but the miles are high and you warranty is completely void. Amazing how much depreciation on these cars. Whats really sad is the CTS V is actually depreciating slower than the MB.

even if i don't sell, i still LOVE this car and would not mind hanging on to it for couple more years.

Getting a new C63 for low 50's is tough. That was last year when I think MB had more of a surplus. I'd certainly try that first before looking used. Someone mentioned trunk money here recently so you never know.
