I was browsing through the ads and saw an 08 C63 that's equiped with Parktronic sensor. Is this an option only for the 08? or in the US?

Most likely a transported Euro spec or Canadian spec...only they got that...

I have a 2010 & I'm going to have it installed, but it was not a factory option.

More than likely it has the dealer-installed "QuickPark" system. You can tell by the style of the sensor. Also, if it doesn't have front sensors, it is definitely aftermarket.

It's my understanding that the dealer would just install a C class Parktronic system.
