Outside air temp highly inaccurate...
I drove for a couple days in Palm Springs yesterday and today and my outside temp read anywhere between 132-154 degrees. It was hot, to be sure, but not that hot. Anyone else have this issue?

Most cars with outside temp sensors read significantly higher then the actual outside temperature due to the location of the sensors. Black cars will read higher than white cars due to white being more reflective of heat, but they all read higher then the actual temp.
The other day when I got into my car, it read 128, the actual outside temp was only 95.

FYI pretty sure the the ambient air sensor will throw a CEL if something is wrong with it, so if you're not seeing that you should be good to go. Had something wrong with mine recently and noticed that it was shifting very early in S on the way to the shop. It also read 57deg when it was really closer to 90+.
And, I could be wrong but I believe it's located in or around the bumper / front area.

Same issue with mine, I took it the dealer and they said it was within specs. HAHA
It's a POS basically, nothing works as it's supposed to in this car, besides the engine.

same problem here but i think its a mercedes problem. my wifes former 2003 C240 had the same problem going all the way to 140-150 at times in the summer while the actual temp was probably 100-110F. i also have BMW and my wife now has a Touareg and both cars both usually display the exact same temp but the MB is always high, sometimes only 4-5 F but at times much more. i have learned to live with it. as long as the oil and water temp display is correct i dont care about the weather station.

If you are facing the front of your car, it's on the bottom right hand side of the honey comb grill area. Be careful toughing it though. I accidently pushed mine inside of the honey comb grill awhile back. No problem though, dealer pulled it right back into place.

Indeed, I had the same complaint, temperatures over 130degrees. When doing service, I mentioned it and they told me the sensor had fallen into the bumper. It is in the grill area in your bumper on the right side for my AMG. Temperatures dropped 20-30 degrees after they put it back in place...
