My LED also blew out but was sent whole new sets of the new version leds for free with pretty fast shipping. The new ones were a different color than my old AZN ones even though they were also 5000K--oh well! Thank you!

It's amazing how much things are marked up for MBs isn't it lol. Yeah, modding my Mk6 was so cheap. If interested, I'm selling my DPE forged wheels on my Mk6 for fairly cheap as I'm swapping for some Volk TE37SL.

I wanted to get HRE's for them but my gf will curb em haha, and then I am looking at BLQ's they are so cheap and they look pretty nice. They remind me of the LP-560 wheels.
I am thinking of BLQ's and finishing off in purple and maybe lowered a little.
Do these 4500k match better with the headlights than the 5000k? If so I'll take them, but if not, then I'll wait for the 5000k to come in.
I've heard mixed reports, but in large part I believe is due to current degradation state of the OEM xenon bulbs. As xenon bulbs age, they tend to shift up the kelvin range. 5000K is a pure white, while 4500K is more of a softer white with slight bit of yellow injected. OEM xenon specs are rated 4300K though, so on paper, the 4500K should be a better match, although it is difficult when there's also a natural bluish tint on the eyebrow housing. Your call.

I think I'll wait until you are stocked back up with the 5000k. Keep us posted when you have received your stock.
4300K and 5000K V5 design model 194 wedge LEDs are now available. We'll be releasing our 6000K model sometime in September.
V5 model uses new COB based diodes matched with our safeguards built into our V4 design. Also we've made these polarity independent so no more guessing which direction to insert the bulb in (which can be frustrating as there's small space to install these to begin with).
