Installing $9 in commonly found auto parts is far simpler, less time consuming and a better value than getting a reflash to turn off rear O2 sensors.

That is true, I got my flash to be written like that the day I got my flash

My Kleemann tune has mated extremely well with the MHP pipes. It is actually a little more conservative than I wish, as it could be safely leaner in the upper rpm than it is.

Same with mine...my RENNtech tune is ruler flat at 12:1 but I am actually happy to leave some extra horsepower on the table to have it this way.

This was supposed to be a private message but your quota is hit but here it is
Hi I have a W204 2013 C63 AMG Sedan and I am in the PNW and looking for a louder exhaust and came across your old post and was wondering what shop did it and if the can replicate it? Essentially I want to go straight pipe or do valvetronic cutouts.

What are the dimensions of the flanges? I would like my local shop to build these for me.

You don't get cold starts in the summer in Vegas.
The humidity in the summer's early evening is the killer up here. [/QUOTE]

As a fellow sin city resident, I wanted to ask you a question: I installed MBH Headers/decatted mids/x pipe, with a Renntech tune in my E63. My car failed the smog test yesterday and the tags are due in about 10 days. Do you have any suggestions of what I could do to get the car to pass? I tried to pm you, but it says your inbox is full. I appreciate your input.

Get a hold of Renntech as they will likely need to modify your tune and may have some advise since your setup is catless. Otherwise it may prove difficult to get the required sensors to set with no CEL. There are lots of posts on this here if you search but it can be a complicated procedure.

Renntech’s advice is to tune it back to stock to see if that helps, or just bring the car back to stock with the original headers and pipes for the test.
