Anyone know what kind of Benz? I like the fact that he was going too fast for most of the radar cameras to take a pic!

That's INSANE....it's calibrated according to income? How do they do that? Ask for a tax return or W-2 while you sign the ticket or sit in jail?

His attorneys can argue that "percieved speed" is much different than "actual, noted speed" where the driver cannot fully discern the difference thus causing him to feel like he was within the limits releasing him of any neglegence...

S65 is 612 HP. The car he was driving was 570hp. I don't think its the S65, might have been another benz. But with taxes and everything in Switzerland it might have brought the cars price up substantially.

Actually, I like the swiss method.. like someone else said, the ticket cost is based on your economic status, my guess would be that entity who got fined, probably won't notice the $1m ticket too much... or won't feel teh pain.. his accountant may freak out though :P
