Just wondering, what oil did you put? My car was serviced at San Francisco Mercedes, and it only said Mobil 1 on the booklet...need to top up and don't know what oil to buy...

That is not correct. The Approved engine oils for the C63 AMG are on MB Sheet Number 229.5.
I don't believe there is a MB Sheet Number 229.57. It is not on the online list. Maybe you are thinking of 229.51 but that does not apply to the C63 AMG. Check your C-Class Operator's Manual to be sure.
