Car feels slow

I have a 2009 K1 and it feels slower than before K1 for the past week. It hasn't been too hot and I am due in 2 months for B1.
I checked the oil and it is slightly higher than the lower limit. Too cheap a$$ to waste a quart since B1 is about a month away, but I think I'll do it to rule out the possibility. This car is so complicated that I suspect it is intentionally slowing itself.

Dont' know. I'm sure someone can give you some advice.
Sounds like you should carefully top it up a bit though. If it doesn't use all the quart, save it for next time.

Should have bought an E55, IMO. Then your car wouldn't feel so slow...![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
I'm just kidding. It sounds like your car may be pulling timing. Was it running really strong after the tune, then just felt slow, or did it feel slow right after the tune? Could be a botched tune? I've seen/heard all kinds of strange things happen when you're programming ECUs and CPUs. Flashing back to the stock tune will tell you if it's a bad tune or not. Not sure if that's easy to do on these cars, though. Hope you figure it out.

When did you get the K1 done? Was it recent or a while ago? If it was a while ago you could have just gotten used to the power, if it was recent where did you get it done? I'm guessing since your in So Cal you either sent your ECU to Cory at Kleemann or you got it done through us.
Either way if you want, we can easily do a pre and post dyno since kleemann will have your stock file.... We can simply load the stock file do a dyno pull, load the tuned file while your vehicle is still strapped on the dyno and do another pull. If there numbers are not where they should be we'll send the data to cory at Kleemann and have a revised tune sent.
Let me know

I have had k1 through Cory for a few months. Car has been great. This issue is very recent. I was just describing my situation. I am certain it doesn't have to do with k1, rather a self limiting self protective ecu thing.
So I added a quart. We'll see if that helps

Update:
Added a quart of oil. I didn't feel an immediate improvement. Maybe the brains need to think about it awhile.
I reset the ecu by the way of hold the throttle at wot method this am. On the way home the car felt better, though the ambient temp was very cool tonight. Also lots of chips, so I didn't dare punching it, no pun intended!!!

Sounds really good..I had K1 tune but wonder to have pre and after dyno test to get some numbers. Can I make an appointment with you and stop by SD sometimes? and how much do you charge for that?
