The Porsche owners with CCM brake rotors swap them out to regular steel rotors/Big Brake Kits if they race the car. Carbon rotors are nice because of the weight savings but they tend to crack once the dirt and debris gets in. that happens all the time when you track the car and the hobby of swapping out your carbon rotors can get a little expensive.
Going from Porsche CCM kit to the new Brembo GT Racing, you are practically not adding any extra weight but the overall braking balance and feel is miles better. There is also absolutely no fade with the GT or a GT Racing kits even when used for pro racing.

calipers
Powder coating is possible, but paint is more suited, just like they come out of the bremboi factory. Plating or anodizing is not reccomended because it will go to parts of the calipers wher the pistons sit and you won't be able to reinstall the pistons after. By the way , I paint brake calipers for Brembo NA.

paint calipers
the closest thing to nickel or chrome come from a few paint companies, but i will not reccomend those products on the calipers. Can paint a matte color to resemble the gtr track caliper that looks grey, green, gold ,etc. Or any other color.
