2011 C63 AMG
I just received mine 2 days ago. My dealer did not get a concrete build date until the week it was originally supposed to go into production. In the end, the date slipped 2 weeks. As an example of delivery time, my car was actually built on September 6th, arrived in Brunswick GA on Sept 24, and delivered to Austin TX on Sept 29th. The Atlantic had two hurricanes present during shipping, so that may have delayed transatlantic shipping by a day or so. Waiting the last week was soooo difficult. It is definitely worth the wait.

No one on this forum should be able to answer that question. Why don't you contact the dealer directly, they are the ones that have the database and accurate tracking information.

I wanted to get a feel for how long it took others and how accurate estimates were and as you can see from posters above, sometimes production schedules slip

once it leaves the factory you can track it on the boat!
RAKLAW helped me out by giving me this info while I was waiting for my baby to arrive last month--so I'll pass it on to you
It's really cool.
This will only work if you know the VIN and when it gets on the boat over--usually takes about 10-11 days to the East coast, not sure where you're located--any way the info:
Go to:
http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp
Click 'Track and trace' all users.
Put your VIN in Cargo ID box. You will see your ship and voyage number.
Go to:
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/
Type your ship name and search.

you're welcome!
I remember the same excitement![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
And the best part will be when you take it home--this car really doesn't disappoint me at all--and I consider myself somewhat jaded with cars and material things in general--enjoy![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
What options did you get?
Let me know what ship it's on--mine was on the Independence II

Itching to order my own but i decided to wait until april when the new facelift comes out. Sucks, but on the other hand we have a long and nasty winter here so the C63 wouldn't be that fun to drive anyway...don't know how my current E63 is any better but...
