Just got off the phone with Brian at Euromotorcars, they have been talking about hosting a AMG event since this summer, and it never materialized. He said that this might be the excuse they need. He mentioned that Sunday the 31st, would be a great time for them, since their open the last Sunday of every month. Their is the possibility of refreshment, sandwiches, etc. But it requires some coordination on their part, we can bring the people, they can provide the venue. Brian said that he will talk to the management staff and let me know. So everything looks good so far.

Let see how many AMG owners we can get?, before we start settling on times. I want to hear back from the dealership first, to see if they will host this event. I told Brian to plan for about 20 people for right now. Also I have leonarddi, that is interested, he's an E63 driver. I told him to chime in on this thread.

Have been wanting to make it to this all Summer but have been either, A) out of town, or B) too lazy to wake up that early. Looks amazing. A coworker who owns a CLK63 BS has encouraged me to go, as he is a frequent visitor. His car usually gets parked in one the 'elite' parking spots, you have to get there very early to park there (and if you are smart you won't park in one of those spots unless you have an exotic).

This event is opened to all AMG owners, we kind of wanted it to be a C63 event. But if you drive an AMG you are most certainly welcome. Please add your name to the list, so that I can gather a head count to provide Euromotorcars. Thank you

Don't let this stop you, I encourage you to come. This is entitled AMG Meet and greet. The key word being AMG. This thread was posted in the C63 section, but we aren't discriminating. All AMG owners are welcome and encourage to attend. I understand that some will not attend do to kids and Halloween. But we're hoping for a good turn out, just stop by and say hello.

Please come if you can. I also posted this thread in the general event section, so even from the beginning, it was intended for ANY AMG model. In fact, leonarddi has an E63. It would be great to have more than six there.

I am sure I will get flamed by MD dwellers but the Skins play at 1pm on the 31st. Something to keep in mind for any Washington fans. I honestly would prefer later afternoon but I know mornings tend to be ideal for many.

Time wise.. I am pretty flexible in the morning, or early afternoon, evening is difficult due to dinner plans with spousal unit.

Just got off the phone with Brian Butler at Euromotorcars of Bethesda. He said that the upper managment (Big Wigs) are happy to have this event at their dealership, and that they will be opened from 12-5pm on Oct 31st. He said that they (dealership) would like to have the event early, starting at around 10am. So is there a concensus for 10am?

Let me see if I can make it that early. The 31st is pretty tough for me. I have a friend in from Germany and I doubt she will be interested in coming out to see more German cars. :P
