VA/MD/DC AMG Meet and Greet
There was some interest expressed by a few members in another thread for a DC area meet and greet. Nothing huge or fancy, just a chance to get together before the snow and cold arrive. Anyone interested? Seems date is trickier than location, so let's settle on a date first. I am working a lot of weekends in November, so I thought one of the following days, probably sometime in the morning:
Saturday, 10/23
Saturday, 10/30
Sunday, 10/31
Saturday, 11/13
Sunday, 11/14
I could post it as a poll, but I think we can just come to some sort of a decision in this thread.

I expressed interest in this in the other thread, however, looks like this may be turning into a C63 GTG?! I did take note that the thread title is simply "AMG Meet and Greet". If that's the case, I am definitely interested.
Can most likely do the morning of 10/30 (Halloween weekend AMG run?) or possibly the mornings of 11/13 or 11/14, provided I am not out of town.

So how about getting breakfast/lunch somewhere prior to the GTG? We could do something just outside of DC Bethesda comes to mind. Or how about somewhere in DC with good parking by Union Station, lots of parking earlier in the morning, prior to the tourists invading.

Until a date is finalized maybe a few people can go to the cars and coffee in great falls on sat mornings. I believe October is the last month but there are some amazing cars. Downside is it is extremely early in the morning (7am - 9am)

Bah.. I park where I want.. when I want.. be damned those handicap people :P kidding... Bethesda is fine for me seeing as I am in Bowie. I hate DC.. and Great Falls at 7am... HAH!!!!!!! If I am getting up at 7am.. its to go mountain biking... hmm... Maybe I will go hit the Great Falls trails (kinda crappy but atleast its on a bike)

Can't do it this weekend, as I'm headed to Pittsburgh for my Uncle's 100th Birthday.

So far, these are the interested people. Seems the best day for most is Sat., 10/23, Sat., 10/30, or Sun., 10/31. I'll update this list as we go along.

I thought that everyone knew that, Euromotorcars of Bethesda was an AMG Performance Center. Talked to Brian Butler, he was my salesman to see what he can do for us, 301-215-5447. You can also get your car washed their on Saturday mornings.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, if there are future meetings, we could definitely open it up to other models, makes, etc., but for this first one, let's see how it goes with just AMGs.
