Quote: Stock was 350ish (using other C63 baseline numbers)

Headers only was 385/380ish!! Nich job MBH!

Tuned was 430/400. :-)

I now need new ears...
Bluejae already had an EC tune before the headers were installed. How was "headers only" measured - flashed him back to stock?

Nice results, regardless... look forward to seeing some track #s.

Not to speak for Jae, but he already had a Eurocharged tune on his 09 not his 2010, which is what the headers went on. Actually dynoed the car after the headers and before the tune.....then put back on the dyno again.

Quote: Sounds like you guys had a great time getting tuned by Jerry at Autoscope. Jae, I would love to hear your beast as that is the exact same setup I'm considering as my next mod. The MBH headers and bolt in mid section. I want to make sure it isn't going to be too loud.
Indeed it was fun! We missed you out there Mike. And ya Jaes car is ridiculously loud. lol. It sounds really good though!

Ah - so he got rid of his tune-only '09 car and picked up a new 2010 but left it stock 'til now? Wasn't aware of that - my bad.

There's something about an eardrum shattering Mercedes exhaust note that just doesn't seem right.

I caught Jae as he was leaving Autoscope as well. That car sounded sick.

yes, i traded the 2009 for a 2010. 2009 was tune only. then 2010 was stock until i did the headers and tune together.

a few dynos done with headers before tune, and then a few done with headers after tune.

were you the one about to get his car tuned as i was leaving on thursday? sorry didn't even catch your name. but nice to meet you regardless. hope to see you around.

thanks for the compliment. the excitement hasn't stopped... i've been trying to find excuses to go somewhere... i see a road trip to anywhere in the near future.
