Another 11sec C63 from Australia

I finally figured out how to launch my car. My time below
60 1.817
330 5.059
1/8 7.719
mph 93.06
1000 9.995
1/4 11.906
mph 119.65

best mph was 121.78
i had many runs but i couldnt put any of them together. I wheelspun on that pass (i didnt do a burn out to heat the mickey ts), i also sustained an exhaust leak beforw going to the track after bottoming out at my parents place. On a couple of runs my car hit the limiter on the 1st to 2nd change.

My mods are:
Car graphic exhaust with headers, how ever with a 3in collector
bps tune

i have the factory filters back in
next mods are:
aftermarket air filters
carbon air box
mhp thermostat
mhp intake gasket
lsd diff
lighter pulley

i stopped doing burn outs to warm the tyres as 1 wheel only always spun

i can not wait for some much cooler weather and less humidity, those of u that would know, queensland is a very humid place

Nice run ,

The C63 is quite capable of mid 11's , loooks like humidity and the first 60ft are taking a bit off your ET .

thanks fellas, once i do the following mods i wont be doing anything else. im over the moon with the performance so far. i should stop spending money on this and start spending on my track car.

Congrats on your 11 sec pass. Any chance of posting the pictures of your headers? I seen the cargraphic headers on their website and I like them but there are not many pictures around. Thanks!

the main difference in my set up is i fitted this collector pictured below, i changed it because i wasnt happy with the one that came from car graphic. having said that, i actually made less power with this set up over the original one supplied. but im still happy with my decision

Hoping to go the track this wed to better my time, fingers crossed its not as humid and i get my k&n filters by then. Fixed my exhaust leaks too but next year getting some serious mods done

WOW!! great looking headers. Thanks for the pictures. I just can't understand why you didn't like the collectors from Cargraphic, to me it looks sweet as hell.
What was it exactly about the Cargraphic collector that you didn't like? that is a full 3" Cargrapfic collector output isn't? How thick are the Cargraphic primaries?

Sorry for the questions. By the way congrats for the 11 sec pass.

Nothing wrong with cargraphic collector, i personslly wasnt happy with the length of it. So now my headers are longer before the collector

I didnt make it to the track, but the car is going so well. Had a few runs with some mates who have low 11sec cars and surprised them.

awsome work on the 11 sec pass did your cargraphic system bolt straight up to a rhd car with no problems , have just orderd one and are worried about this lhd and rhd fitment ,does your system have cats is the sound good ?

Yep straight bolt on

no nos, i want to get intake set up first and lsd, i feel the car has a 11.7 in it maybe quicker the way it is. I just fitted a pair of bmc filters and noticed the difference

There should be no question whether your car has 11.7 sec potential given what your car is trapping. Your traps show that you're making really good power.

numbers are numbers, but the bottom line is what i ran my 11.90 at. The new line is with the Gruppe M intake
