Save yourself a trip. Buy the headers and have James @ ACG in San Diego install. I believe you have a Kleemann tune, right? James can load the K2 tune same day without sending the ECU out.

With that said We are growing at a good rate. So it only makes scene to move into a place where we can better meet the demands of our customers. In fact, our lead time on headers is only getting faster. When that opens people are more than welcome to stop in, check the shop out, chat with me, see how a header is built, or watch your header being built.

Hi ! What gains should I expect with these headers on completely stock C63 AMG with PPP (487hp) ? Also will headers trigger CEL after install ? I do not want to tune the car, I want to stay on stock PPP tune.

Is it possible to take a picture of the underside? I want to see how does the header fit into rest of the exhaust system as I'm still a bit confused on which part it replaces with just words. I know on the stock setup, we have our log style header that goes into two cats, then merges... so i want to know how does this setup fits into rest of the OEM exhaust, thanks.

Cats "underefficient" cel b/c the primary cats are deleted, but most tuners should able to eliminate that cel.

MBH LT Headers - My last mod...seriously!!! Final #'s
FINAL DYNO NUMBERS AFTER "RETUNE" BY OE TUNING
* Mustang Dyno (after MBH LT headers + retune by OE Tuning):
455 RWHP / 412 lb-ft RWTQ -> another +16 RWHP from retune / another +12 lb-ft RWTQ from retune
* Mustang Dyno calibrated for DynoJet (after MBH LT headers + retune by OE Tuning):
475 RWHP / 433 lb-ft RWTQ -> another +24 RWHP from retune / another +21 lb-ft RWTQ from retune
So, total HP/TQ gains with these MBH LT Headers + retune by OE Tuning are as follows:
* Mustang Dyno (after MBH LT headers + retune by OE Tuning): + 46 RWHP / + 39 lb-ft RWTQ
* Mustang Dyno calibrated for DynoJet (after MBH LT headers + retune by OE Tuning): + 51 RWHP / +46 lb-ft RWTQ
Notes - my AFR went from being too rich (11.2 AFR) with my previous ecu flash tune to a better, more even AFR (12.6 AFR) with the OE Tuning ecu flash retune. In addition, Jeremy @ OE Tuning eliminated my "cats under-efficient" CEL as well.
The power I just gained from the MBH LT Headers + OE Tuning ecu flash retune is like I just got a another ECU Flash on top of my ecu flash, haha!!!!
Needless to say, I am not only very pleased with these MBH LT Headers, but also extremely happy with OE Tuning's retune of my ecu flash. Jeremy seems to be a "master" at this...very professional, very knowledgeable, and seems to know the C63 AMG's ecu and its maps like no other!!!
And, once again, kudos to Euro.Spec as well...both OE Tuning and Euro.Spec are fantastic and I highly recommend them!!!! ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Anyone who gets these MBH LT Headers (or another brand of headers) really should consider calling Jeremy at OE Tuning for an ecu flash retune OR if you're completely stock and want an ecu flash for your MB C63 AMG...call Jeremy at OE Tuning!!!! OMG...you will not be disappointed!!!!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Great info, This post is ****ing awesome!! Thank you very much for doing all these for us. It takes a dedicated person to share his experiences, post pictures, go to a dyno, pay for parts, pay for labotr, etc. Now the best part is to enjoy it.
Was there any extra charge by having to retune to ECU?, I know you have the Renntech but I would like to know(if you don't mind) if you had to pay an extra to have it retune. Thanks!
