Worlds fastest 63 as of today. I am amazed and equally impressed by the development and continual improvement in performance.
It is silly for folks to spin this into something less than spectacular. I hope Keith continues to push this motor, I know there is so much more to be learned.
For those thinking this is all because of Nitrous, its absolutely not the case
This car has run faster off the bottle and with a slightly improved 60ft time this car could achieve a 10 second pass off the bottle. 11.24 was run N/A, right?
This is a truly remarkable feat.

Congrats Keith.... great runs ![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
You and Jrcart are doing great things with this platform. I believe he ran 10s as well although I remember reading that he won't post about it until he takes down the overall Mercedes record of 10.58. So, to date, I think you're the first (and only) verified/confirmed 63 into the 10s![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
Lets see who breaks the overall Mercedes record first: you or Jrcart![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)
Great run, you deserve a lot of props for this

Here is poor quality video shot with iPhone of an earlier pass before Keith laid down the sub 11 run.

That's my point, you are a nobody pretending to be a somebody by hiding behind your keyboard yapping like a rat terrier.
Let's go over this again, you've told me directly you race a '74 Chrysler (awesome, not really), and somehow that makes you an expert on what constitutes a track only car. Kind of like the removable rollbar or stupid loud headers comment, the words you type tell me you don't know **** from shinola. You talk like the car has lexan windows and no HVAC or stereo, ROFL. It's a full interior car with all MB driveline parts. You can't debate it so **** off already you are wrong it's as simple as that. Dads car weighs 4100lbs with nitrous in it, that's more than a stock car by 150lbs. Yeah real track car there LMAO.
Why don't you come to MIR and watch me race? I'll even pay your entry fee if you promise to call me a douche again. Actually the name kind of fits because I know a ***** when I see one.
Who the hell asked you anything? Did anyone ask you for your perspective on Dads car or his accomplishments? **** no. Why would they? You have nothing knowledgeable to add to the discussion.
Where you're wrong is that your opinions (however misguided and flat out wrong) were never asked for. Start your own thread if you want to whine like a little girl about track vs street cars, no one here wants to hear it, end of story. This thread is about Dads and his accomplishments, not you, not what you consider to be a track car, not your 74 Chrysler.
Just because he posts about breaking into the 10s doesn't mean you have to add your worthless 2 cents. Comprende?
Reread the thread, your posts have added nothing as far as quality content you are simply wasting bandwidth in a thread you have no business posting in. This is not 3rd grade where everyone's opinions are warranted (start your own thread by all means, just stop ****ting in this one) this is Dads thread and has nothing to do with you or your mentally challenged "thinking".
PM me if you have anything more to say, I would think those 2 brain cells would be horribly overtaxed at this point, this thread has been derailed enough.

Out Of Control!!
I have no proof but jrcart has said he has been in the 10s for a while. I haven't seen any slips or vids but I'm sure he would want to retain the fastest 63 title. I know LZH is his buddy so maybe he should contact him
That is correct. That record has been standing for a longgg time! ![bow](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bowdown.gif)
There are more than 2 people in the running
I'm only 0.01s away and I have a new tune and ice resevoir and ltw battery
And this is all on pump gas and no nitrous! But I agree, I applaud Keith for pushing the envelope. He definitely gets my props. I think his car CAN beat the record with enough nitrous

It was only my second time with this car to the track. I thought
116 to 117 for a tuned car in the 1/4 mile was what I should expect.

Maybe your car is just a factory freak.

e63's trap over 118 and they are more heavy, so with a REAL tune you should be over 118 giving that tuned c63's make more power then stock e63's.

nah his car is no freak i ran 115 with street tires and with DR's. my best stock trap 115.89MPH. and for a tune only car the trap should be over 118.

tune. Which tune do you recmmend? MHP? Renntech? Kleeman?
When I went to Englishtown about a month ago it only trapped 114
and this past Weds it trapped over 116, so with better weather it's
getting faster.

Dads, congrats for breaking into the tens. That is certainly a great feat from my perspective. A well deserved and hard fought for reward! ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
Your car sounds and looks awesome in that run.

I was at Englishtown Weds and there was a stock C63 there
running 12.8 @ 110. In comparison, my car ran 12.10 @ 116.31.
Btw, posted a personal best at Island Dragway last night.
12.004 @ 116.25.

![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
On another run my fastest mph was 116.75.

Where is Dad's slip? I know hes not BSing but where is the slip? I hope you guys have it because that vid doesnt even show the time.
Not trying to stir anything, it just popped in my head when Juice asked about Jcarts slip.
