Nice Cams you got there Buddy
Looks like a pretty nice lead in ramp & They are not held open for a long time. Wonders of computer controled cam timing. you get the best of both worlds , And they tune easy because of the Dual Mass Air flow sensors. They look to be coated with DLCcertess coatings. Ulta low Friction & High wear resistance, that means Minimize Friction losses, decrease wear & improved Performance. GooD *****expensive but worth it. Good Job from Andy & Keith

We are making some other changes and will be back out at MIR next week.
I am confident that IF/WHEN we can get all this to come together the car will break some records and I'm not one to brag or predict but the car is that fast on spray. Here's what I mean. We have recorded 0-60mph times on spray at 3.0 seconds and a vbox verifiable 60-130 time of 6.7 seconds. Put those two together and what do you get??

When the cams go in along with the spray it will have a very healthy package.

I can't say who the cams are from because they are not a sponsor on MBW.

My target is to get the mhp tune, slicks, cams, os giken lsd, forgestar f14 and I already have the lightweight rotors from evo.
I figure that with this I can run around 11.5 on the 1/4 mile, possibly a little bit lower on a good run.
Good luck with the project.

Out Of Control!!
Yes.
I wish you the best of luck. It's not as easy as adding 0-60 and 60-130 times but if you break 9's I would be ecstatic! Your car should break records with the spray. I can't wait to see what the cams do
Will you have them in by MIR? Again, I applaud you for pushing the envelope. I'm loving it! I was there to witness Stephens insane 10.58 pass. The car was so quiet and fast. I've seen alot of fastttt runs at MIR, hope to witness another record!
To answer this question would require hours of explanation. All I can say is that we had to pull the nitrous out at 5500rpms in order to get the tranny to shift so we were only using the nitrous a very small part of the time Wednesday night. I know it looks goofy and trust me its driving us all nuts.
We are making some other changes and will be back out at MIR next week.

Very nice, and interesting as well. Do you have a set of stock cams to compare to these? These seem to have a pretty steep ramp angle and lift, duration seems a bit on the short side (just based on the pics), but I've never seen a stock set so I have nothing to go off of as reference. Did the cams get designed for a stock port/flow or to be matched to the port and polish being offered by one of the tuners? Cams in order to really work at their best should be designed with the port flow and velocity as a rule, but what do I know? LOL Looks awesome keep up the hard work!!

very hard to see without a side by side, but from what I can see there is more lift, and a touch more duration. I wonder if they fooled with lobe separation, and if they kept the same base circle.
