New personal best last night!!
like that with street tires.
I'm hoping to run 11.4's or 11.5's after MBH header install and
appropriate tune.
Looks like your temps got into the 30's last night.

Looking forward to seeing the results with the Tri-Y headers. You'll be the first really putting them to the test at the track.
and congrats on your new record too.I think you may be right regarding the tune.
After my header install and tune I'll make a couple more passes with
that setup and evaluate other tunes afterward.
Thinking of moving to the east coast yet?
It was a perfect night for record breaking.
The headers should be ready in about two weeks, so hopefully
some time in November I'll have some data.
Glad to hear you like them so much.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

The weather was great.
I made three 12.0 passes and was like wtf, 11's is never gonna happen.

Just picked up a used RennTech air box and wanted to
test it out against my carbonio. Curious to see if there are
any real gains at the strip.

All set for this Friday at Island Dragway.
I have 20+ runs with the Carbonio, so I have a pretty good
baseline.
I'll report my findings with the Renntech box.
Looking forward to your results.
Honestly, though, I don't think the differences would be that great. I guess trap speed will show.
Good luck with your next outing. I hope your time gets lower.
Honestly, I'm going in with the mindset of not expecting any gains.
....but it is a very nice looking piece and the runners look larger
to my eyes than the stock Y tube setup.
It should be interesting.
on Friday, lows in the 40's and very low humidity.

We will see if the Renntech air box is for real.
