New personal best last night!!
Same day same track same car or it's worthless!

The last couple of weeks i've been theonly C63 there. There was a CTS-V and Z06 last week
running low 11's at over 128 MPH.

I guess it won't be 100% accurate because of the different
days but the weather is supposed to be pretty similar to
last Friday night.
Renntech air box.
As I mentioned earlier I picked up a used Renntech
air box to compare against my Carbonio and after
last night I am convinced the Renntech is superior
in every way.

Here is just a little tease from last night.

11.85 @ 118.37

Imo the box absolutely works as advertised.
I'll post more info once I get all the data together.
I may start a new thread.

My bad on my previous post. I was working off your 12.04 pass. SORRY
According to Dragtimes website:
The DA Oct. 15th at around 8:00 pm was +764 - 12.04 pass
The DA Oct. 22nd at around 9:30 pm was -1042 - 11.94 pass
The DA last night at around 8:00 pm was -184 - 11.85 PASS!!
Once again, CONGRATS!!

The weather was in the mid to high 40's and the DA hovered
around -100 all night. Just to compare, last week when I ran
an 11.94 @ 116.61 the temps were in the high 30's with a DA
of about -1100.
So, this box works. If I had the box during last weeks outing
I may have gone 11.6's.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

I'm a believer. In fact, I had four runs last night and three of
them were sub 12 second runs.
Run 1: 12.151 @ 116.29
Run 2: 11.972 @ 117.39
Run 3: 11.850 @ 118.37

Run 4: 11.933 @ 117.89

Normally I would be all over this Atco trip but Mondays are out
for me, too much work. Fridays and Saturdays are better for me.
I listed my new run on Dragtimes and forgot to put "Eurocharged".
I updated it this morning, should be there later today.

This car really does everythingon it's own, not much skill needed other than a good burnout
and good tires.
I firmly believe my new personal best was possible because
of the RENNtech air box.

Run 2: 12.054 @ 116.32 (DA: -628)
Run 3: 12.484 @ 114.39 (DA: -975) Manual Mode
Run 4: 12.012 @ 116.43 (DA: -1051)
Run 5: 11.947 @ 116.61 (DA: -1127)
Run 1: 12.151 @ 116.29 (DA: -37)
Run 2: 11.972 @ 117.39 (DA: -123)
Run 3: 11.850 @ 118.37 (DA: -194)
Run 4: 11.933 @ 117.89 (DA: -194)
place on October 29th. The first run was attributed to the ECU adjusting
to the increase in airflow. As you can see all the following runs were sub
12 second runs and the increase in trap speed is a clear indication that
the RENNtech air box is making a substantial amount of power over the
Carbonio.

Great job!
Thank you for finally providing some kind of proof the airbox works!
I've searched and searched and found nothing until your thread, again great job and keep on racing, your hard work and dedication is paying off!
able to get 1 or 2 more. In my experience track prep has always
been pretty good.

I picked up the airbox used and boy was it worth it.

All set for this Friday at Island Dragway.
