Auto Bild track test P31/PPP

In the latest edition of AutoBild Sportscars the C63 P31 is up against the standard competition: M3 Comp., CTS-V, IS F, B3 S and a few more premium cars such as the TechArt GT, MTM RS6 and Panamera Turbo.

Feast your eyes on the P31 lap time

http://img508.imageshack.us/f/sedans1.jpg/

Scan is pretty poor so times also listed below:

Sachsenring times:

1. 1:40,1 min - C63 AMG PPP (on Continental SportContact 5P M0, 18")
2. 1:40,6 min - M3 Sedan CP
3. 1:40,9 min - B3 S Biturbo
4. 1:41,7 min - CTS-V
5. 1:42,1 min - IS F

C63 recorded a faster time than the Panamera Turbo and came within half a sec of the MTM RS6

it's about time our beloved P31 gets some print.

I also just read an article in Mercedes Enthusiast July issue (a Uk publication and I'm a little behind on my car reading).
It just listed a more detailed review of the pkg and its performance numbers as stated by MB and a little more detail on the pkg components.
Nothing earth shattering, but a good review nonetheless.

thanks KEMA--but I'm sure some members will say it's hogwash and BS because our beloved P31 seems to get no love by many C63 owners (the one's w/o the pkg)

I'm glad I ordered mine with p31. I wet myself a little after seeing the times.
