Anyone heard from Jerry from Eurocharged?
Hi all,
I had been speaking with Jerry about having him do a tune for me when he's back in Dallas again and he said he was supposed to be back in town last week. I had PM'd him a few times and never heard back.
I didn't know if anyone had heard from him recently as I wanted to make sure I didn't miss out on his latest trip to Dallas.

I exchanged texts with him this past Sunday. I sent
him an email earlier in the week but he didn't respond?
He usually responds quickly, hope all is well.

Just because it's a holiday weekend is no excuse for not returning/emails to a customer. Hope nothing is wrong... Maybe you should look elsewhere for your tuning needs. I know Andy from MHP would return calls to a customer even if he was on vacation or a holiday. That man never sleeps, its all about customer service for him.....

Austin - The last PM I have from you is from 11/7/2010, and I replied to it. If you sent any others, please let me know.
My trip to Dallas will be within the next 2 weeks for sure. Please call or txt me at 312-446-6326 for more details.

I got your email Mike. Thanks for the kind words! I have not responded yet because I was hoping to be on the east coast before the end of the year and I currently have no information for you.
I'll txt you when I hear back from my dealer in NJ.
Thanks!

I go above and beyond for all of my customers. I have been answering phone calls, emails, and even tuned a C63 today (Thanks Jim!). I work until the early AM hours everyday servicing our overseas clients.
I frequently drive to Dallas (4 hour drive) to tune local customers so they wouldn't have to ship out their ECU.
I don't think he should look elsewhere for his tuning. He is in good hands.
Regards,
J

Being a business owner myself (not automotive related), I would take offense to that. Although we all strive our best to meet our customer's needs ASAP, there's only so much time in a day. Seeing that it's a holiday weekend down there, I would expect a bit of courtesy and patience from customers in this case.

2009 C63 with Eurocharged tune and charcoal delete
Jerry just showed more class in this thread than any other manufacturer or tuner I have seen on this forum. Without getting argumentative or defensive he answered the issue (with more dignity than Raleigh probably deserved after those comments....). Having worked with Jerry on my tune about a year ago this does not surprise me at all. Total professional. If anyone ever wondered about the quality of service from Eurocharged, you just got your answer.

I agree...it is not reasonable to expect someone to work on Thanksgiving.
Nonetheless, Jerry, are you ready to tune my BMW over at Erics shop?

BTW, I have not been on this forum for a week.
The last time I was here, some guy called me a douchbag (for claiming the 60-130 is the standard for roll ons...which it is) I defended my self, calling him a word that rhymes with maggot .
I get put on probation, he gets nothing.
The lesson: MBWorld permits libel, as long as it is related to feminine hygiene products
Hopefully the mods will have the guts to let this post stand.
