my friend just sold a nice '04 e55, silver/black,50k miles,that i almost bought from him.i know i would of modded the crap out of that e55,alot of potential,and a lot of $$.but i didn't want all the headaches of the supercharger and cooling issues,but most important i wanted a car that was more nimble that i could also use for some track days and with a tune,pulley,and headers its up to 550hp.they are both great cars.it all comes down to personal preference and use.
