I know you guys have your reservations about the top speed of these cars but don't. I understand the laws of physics and wind resistance and all, however, I own one and have been over 193 in it already and that was before the L/T headers.
I went back and reviewed the mile run V-box data and we made just over 180 in the mile and on the last run made just over 186 in a mile and a quarter. At that rate of speed thats a good increase for that distance. The graph is still climbing at a decent rate. As you know by now my car is not a freak anymore. There are two cars that are currently faster so its possible with most any C63 and the right combination of mods.![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
All we had at that time was the headers, heads, airbox, tune, and some gaskets. None of the light weight carbon parts were on the car and the cage was in it. Given a reasonable amount of time these cars will reach the 200 mark and then some.
Hopefully we'll be able to prove that point soon.

2009 C63 with Eurocharged tune and charcoal delete
My reservations were regarding cars that were stock and/or tuned only. Obviously with sufficient serious mods you can get the car over 200. My point was that it's much more difficult than many folks think since at those speeds every extra mph requires significant power increases. Your car is way beyond the capabilities of the typical C63.
