Just to confirm
This will allow for video to continue working while car is in motion? Is it easy to install?
My 2010 C63 (Australian) doesn't have a TV, just a video/dvd. Do the US C63's have a TV tuner?

Yes, this module would allow you to TV/DVD playback while driving.

I dont think there is TV tuner even in US C63... well not that I have seen or heard.

will this also bypass the annoying control which prevent's you or a 'passenger' from operating the navigation while the car is in motion??

Thank you for making this thread. I'm very interested in this product. And I may purchase one.

Edit: I just looked through the installation manual that you posted the link to, and the installation is different from the other product that I was thinking of. With the other product, you had to remove the front head unit where the radio/AC controls are.

You can still operate nav with your voice when you're moving. Although, I don't believe you can locate an "intersection" with your voice when you're moving.

Problem is, Nav Lady, doesn't always place nice. Sometimes she pretends not to understand perfectly good English. haha

^^thanks for the reply. Wow, I need to get acquainted with the voice features on this car. I still haven't programmed any of my phone numbers for voice dialing (don't even know if its available) and have never tried to input an address using voice....

I haven't read the manaul for Nav either. But, I do think there is a voice program that you speak into so that the Nav system can better recognize your individual voice.

How to use Nav with voice, while driving: It's easy.

1. Select Navigation button.
2. Press the voice button on the right side of the front face of the steering wheel.
3. And look at the screen and read the options and clearly speak your desired input, (e.g., "Enter Destination.")
4. Follow the voice prompt from there.

It turns out there are some yearly W204 that doesnt work due to command system which uses the satellite info to block the tv image. I believe this is only for US spec model. Only way to find out is to try unless you know this for sure.
