The interior looks a lot better imho -- plastic is looks higher quality, softer and not as shiny. Although not ideal and too BMW like, the enclosed NAV screen on the top of the dash is a huge improvement over the current pop up screen.

This is my biggest pet peeve. Not b/c of the functionality, but bc nothing quite looks as sexy as a nice 3-4" lip with some nice wide rubber on it in the rear.....

Im so sick of this +40-55 (range) offset we have in teh rear....

I like the new overall front (lower bumper ala DTM ).
The interior does look a bit more upscale.
I agree with Dads that what we really need is some more width on the tires.

I do prefer the actual interior ...... but like the new front bumper.
The best combo for me would be :

- keep my actual C and its 6.2l engine
- swapping front bumper
- get the new steering wheel in my actual C
- get S/C

I'm in the process of getting my interior upgraded with leather/alcantara and that steering wheel will look just awesome in it !!

It looks awesome IMO. A definite WOW. A much cleaner look compared to current models. I'm shopping for one at present, after looking at this, I think I will just wait. I just can't stop staring at it!!

It looks more balanced with the C63 compared to the regular models with this facelift. The regular models looks 'meh'. It almost seems like the new facelift is facelifted solely for the C63.

the more i look at the new c63 the more i like it... very impressive car!

but the old c63 looks still great and unique! even after the c63 facelift is released!

I just cancelled my 2011 C63 order after seeing this....switching to E550 coupe instead. I still prefer the C63 but I think it will depreciate like a rock after this facelift version comes out and I cannot take that. I cannot wait until the 2012 C63 come out either.....ouch!

Darn it, can anyone give me some advice? I have a 2011 on order and according to the dealer they will start building it on Jan. 9th. I hate the thought that I'm buying something that will be a little outdated before it's built :-(. Don't know if it's even possible to change my order at this point though. Happy New Year everyone!!!

Same here. I will never buy a brand new car knowing it will look outdated in 6 months...

In my case, the dealer takes the C63 into their inventory and gives me an E550 that they already have on order. Same 10% off MSRP with EDP. They said they prefer to do this than taking my deposit and no sale. I wish I could wait for the 2012 C63 though. Hope it works out for you.

The good news is that a tiny fraction of people who buy C63s visit this forum or will have any clue that the facelifted version is coming. So the C63 you had ordered will find a buyer no problem.

Also, my reading of the tea-leaves says that we will not seen the next generation C63 before the 2014 model year. I am willing to bet the W204 based C c;lass (including the C63) will continue for the 2012 and 2013 MY.

Thus my plan is to drive the hell out of my 2010 and buy a 2013 after the next generation are announced. That way I'll get one of the last 6.2L based cars at a likely discount. But that's a long ways off, so who knows...

The new W204 update should come out this summer. C63 should be updated then as well but you never know. We might get a better idea next week during the Detroit Auto Show.

You can expect that the new 2012 models will start showing up in showrooms around august - September 2011
