Yes, You can fit the 285/30/19 Toyo T1-R tire on 19" rims.

Is it 19's aftermarket? or stock 19's? Offset & width is very important to answer your question.

I dont know how well it would work on the stock 19" wheels. But I have seen the 285/30 Toyo T1-R's put on a 19x10 HRE wheel.

they are 19" stock multi spoke wheels. Do you know if 285 michelin tires would fit as they are the only ones not to harden during the summer in Dubai?

michelin ps2 tends to be wider than other brands.

275/30/19 michelins = 285/30/19 toyo, falken, nittos
