Great job and glad to see someone is still racing!! ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Like he said short shift the 1-2 if you need to and then the 2-3 and 3-4 will be easy. You'll get better with practice.
OR - you can always start in "S" mode and as soon as the 1-2 shift is complete put the tranny in "M" mode and make the shifts manually from there.
Worked for me!![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)

all these buttons to press and hold down and blah blah before getting to the line...

either way, i'll try that... it does sound easier to let S do the 1-2 shift...

ford svt's, and C63!!!
Awesome runs man! FYI I run on drag radials all of the time in my 03 Lightning, and 04 Cobra without any problems. Be careful in the rain, but otherwise, I don't see how people have a dedicated "drag" wheel / tire set-up while using only drag radials? Now on our 03 Lightning I have a set of slicks for the rear that I swap on at the track, then I drive home on the stock rims wearing my Nitto DR's. I just ordered a set of Nittos for our C63, and plan on wearing them 100% of the time.

for people who swap at the track... i don't know where they put the wheels they took off while they are making runs... even if you have a friend there... they will probably be running too... and to have to sit and watch the wheels sucks too...

Just mount the drag radials on the rims you always run, and always run the drag radials?? I can see not wanting to run bias ply slicks on the highway, but drag radials are "radials" so you can use them on roads / highways. Or if you do have a dedicated track wheel set-up, run a cable / chain through the centers of the wheels and through the bleachers or light-pole and lock them babies, should keep people honest for a few minutes while you're making a run.

Questions for you guys. Went to atco tonite ran 117 trap all nite and 1.8 60ft. I'm on toyo r888 275 rears. Psi was at 20. Would you go any lower or is that to low. Also when you launch do you hold in gas at stall limiter then release brake and go or try to build up as tree changes. I was hold brake and rev to 1500 then just releasing the brake and smashes throttle I was hooking good but felt like car was lagging off launch
