2012 C63, 2010 E63, or 2012 M5
I think it is about time and I have decided to trade in my 08 baby. As much as I love my modded 63 it is time to move on to faster, better things. Now I absolutely love the look of the new C, specially the LEDs and interior + the fact of getting MCT is something all of us have always wanted. Only problem for me would be a lack of suspension setting and that it's still coming out late this year ( hate waiting ). Next choice is the E63 ( I can get one 2010 used with low miles within low 80K range but tells me it's not a dramatic improvement from the C63 except for the transmission, having in mind I have not driven the car. Last option would be the new M5 coming out, it is said to have over 570 HP and will be Twin turbo, downside to this is going to be much more than what I had planned $100k+ and most likely will be released at the end of the year also. It would be great to hear some opinions from you guys, what would you get and why or why not?
Would love to hear some input!

When driving the E63 on tracks I felt the size of the car, meaning, it felt alot heavier and alot less nimble than our current cars. My bet is the 2012 C63.

Great group of cars, you're considering.
For me, I really want to enjoy the feel of the car I'm driving. I know the C63 in stock form is not the world's best drivers car, but it's a great compromise between a convenient 4-door sedan and a performance-oriented car.
I respect the E63 and I think the 2010 MY is a great looking beast of a sedan. But, it represents more of a luxurious statement to me. At this point in my life, I want to sacrifice luxury for performance. And one of the ways of doing that is starting off with the lightest weight car within your group of options.
Because of this, I would choose the C63 over the E63, especially with the new trans coming with the car and if you have the chedder for the new M5, then maybe opt for the performance package for the 2012 C63 so you have more hp than the ordinary variant and maintain the warranty.
Then again, maybe you're tired of the C63's looks and you want to try the M5. But, then you would want to compare the M5 to the E63, and for me the determining factor would be whether you want another go at the M156 N/A nuke vs the FI TT M motor.
For me, the M156 is actually addicting, and I don't see it wearing off anytime soon.
And if that's the case, I would choose the 2012 C63.
But really, you can't go wrong with any of the three options.

OK after looking at the recently released pictures over 20 times I've decided to place an order the new C63. I have been thinking I will just swap my current aftermarket wheels to the new one (considering it's the same offset). I can only visualize how sick the car will look with a proper CF front lip, aftermarket CF diffuser + drop. Now all I need to find out is what options will be offered with this new C63 including interior colors, and what color should this car be? Hopefully it will be the first 2012 C63 ordered in Miami. I have taken out of the equation the idea of the new M5 due to the fact that with the ML and S still financing, another $100,000 car is not really a smart move for me at this moment.

One option you definitely need to get is that red amg leather interior!

I think it will most likely be white... Since my wheels are flat black there is no need to repaint them and it will look absolutely sick IMO. Now only if I had photoshop skills...

Interesting dilemma
The C63 is my all time favorite performance sedan but the new The M5 has certainly piqued my interested. Concept version will apparently make a debut at the Shanghai auto show and launch towards the end of the year.
* 4,4-l-V8-Bi-Turbo
* 578 HP
* 720 NM (530 lb-ft or thereabout)

I've been discussing a lot with Gustav from M5board.com lately about the M5. He thinks it looks sick, me again, meh. It is nice, and looks nice, but for me seems a bit dull, looks wise. Probably a sick car to sit in though and i wouldn't say no thanks to one Probably also would get one but i don't have 200K € to put up on a car...especially a bimmer.

Have you forgotten the 2012 CLS63.....according to all reviews it walks on an E63 all day....and its got the 5.5TT with MCT and a totally revised suspension with a killer interior.....and you can get it in MATTE.....and wait until you pump another 5 lbs through those hair dryers
This will be more competition to the M5 than the E63......just throw on some ADV's and its rocknrolla
Just sayin......

If your looking to Spend 100K, for the luxurious, muscle car barn burner, then I would consider the CLS 63 AMG with the performance package.

I won't tell you which car to get.. my advice.. pick something that is available now, or will be in the near future (2 to 3 months out).. If you keep waiting for a product that is not on the market, by the time it is, something else will be out there on the horizon that you will want.. rinse and repeat...... And you will consistently second guess yourself..

Hmm.. rich and bored
poor and happy...
I'll take the later..
live hard, die messy with a smile on your face.. or play it safe and lock yourself in a panic room for the rest of your live..
I'll take option number 1...
