Raising HF Phone Speaker Volume
I searched but found nothing. Anyone know how to make the phone speaker volume louder when using your hands-free / Bluetooth integated phone? I used to hear fine, but it seems that now I have been straining to hear for two weeks. The microphone volume is fine (i.e., other people can hear me). Am I just going deaf, or did I somehow accidentally adjust something? If so, please help me put it back. Thanks.

Thanks guys. I had and have been trying that, but it just doesn't seem to go loud enough. Guess I am going deaf...oh well. Thanks again.

While someone is talking, turn the knob up on the COMMAND system. This works the same when you want the GPS to be louder. On some phones you can also raise the volume while using bluetooth.

Can someone tell me, why people just don't go to their dealership for answers anymore. If I'm unsure about something that effects my car, I'm talking to a tech or somebody form the dealership, that can help me.

Bc most dealers are:
1. phocking retards
2. joy ride your vehicle
3. might break or scratch something in the process
4. take 8 hours to solve simple problems
5. try to sell you brake changes when you did them yourself a month prior
should i go on? lol

Back on topic and here is my take: is it possible there are some kind of audio level normalizing EQ acting up when you are in a call? You know, the kinds that have noise cancellation feed back or something? If the system feed back somehow falsely believes that your phone volume was loud based on bad feedback, then your volume could go lower and lower over time. I don't know the details, but see if you can turn off any such function in COMAND or your phone and try again.

In my experience, forum "herd knowledge" beats calling the delership 9 times out of 10.
