2012 C63 Allocation for Dealers

I got a call from my dealer in Chicago stating that they have a ful list of options and colors and delivery dates for 2012 C63's.
I am going to swing by and try to get a printout of everything - from the sounds of it, it has alll the bells and whistles now, including a TON of designo options for the interior and exterior, as well as parktronic, a driver assist lighting package ? another few options I cant recall the exact namse but it was so that car can stay in its lane amonst others the color options were very vast. Ah yes, and the AMG Dev package as well ..... Ill post a pdf as soon as I have my hands on it.
Cant wait!
I bought my 2010 last year in July, so if I get a decent price for my car, I will definitly trade up.

It's also not entirely clear to me what the difference is between the following wheels:
795 18" AMG Twin 5-Spoke Alloy Wheels vs
790 AMG 5-Spoke 18" Single-Tone Wheel
Which is the wheel I'm used to seeing on the 2009/2010/2011 C63's?

am I seeing things that aren't really there?
YYZ-E55 just posted 2 pictures comparing the wheels and now the post is gone when I went back to check it again...
I've not done any acid today...

And, you can't say the tuner's name here because of all of the moving parts in the tyranny?

shhhh...keep your voice down, the Cadillac guys may hear you

Some things about the new model are good, but I agree that the "current" model appears to look more aggressive and I can't say for sure I'd take the 2012 over my 2011 just yet.
We need to see some real world pics of the car to get a true sense of the styling IMO--either way, any C63 is a good C63

I had an opportunity to buy a 2011 C63 but opted to wait for the 2012 model when I heard about the AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT-7.
Maybe I will wish I bought the 2011

We will know in 6 months!

) then why wouldn't MB compensate through the ECU?There is little chance they will put out a new car, with a more advanced transmission, that will be slower, even if fractionally........

If the percentage of power lost due to more components and weight equals a higher number that number will always be a higher percentage and the ecu tune will have nothing to do with that. As to why MB would make such a change? I don’t know, just know new is not always better, it’s different but not always better. The new Trans seem to be much smoother and does shift faster. However, it also seems to lack a little TQ due to its new torque control when coming out of turns vs the old e63. I’ve had the pleasure of beating the crap out of the e63 and that’s what I personally noticed. I then talked to Andy whom I have his ECU tune from and he has confirmed the power loss of 10 to 15 rear wheel HP on the new Trans. I think time will tell soon, as more people get the new cars. For me I’m keeping mine and in no way will I consider the new model. To assume new is always better , well that’s just being ignorant. Im not here to argue with anyone or try to teach anyone anything, just talking about my personal experience. Now keep in mind the c-class is a lighter car however the trans will be the same and the loss will be the same to the rwhp.
