Were the 16 spokes ever an option on the C63?
I'm looking to change out my 2010 stock wheels for aftermarket ones and I really like the look of the multi-spoke rims I have seen on a few members' cars. The more I looked, I started seeing a lot of Cs with the multi (16) spoke wheels which is making me think that they were either stock or an option for one of the years. I don't think that many people would have gone aftermarket with the same wheels, correct?

The wheels that you speak of were for everyone else except for the US. I like you would have preferred them to the current wheel.

Thanks for the info. I do like them a lot. I am thinking TSW Mallory 5s as a somewhat comparable replacement:

They run less than $250 each. I've had TSWs on a Range Rover and a Prius (yes, a Prius) and really like them.

Unfortunately after researching these wheels further, their just 18x8 or 19x8, no staggered setup from what I can see. And the offsets are weird as well. if they were to offere a 18x8.5 and 18x9 or 18x9.5 that would be great with a 35 offset.
