Keep in mind its Canadian pricing.
Looking at a 2010 with P30, P31 and 11,000 kms.
I can pick it up for $65,000 but that seems to be the lowest I can get, may be able to get another $1,000 if I’m extremely lucky.
For those unfamiliar with Canadian pricing, the msrp for the car is $77,800 brand new.
Also, we do not get the huge trunk money deals you do in the US.

A 2010 can have P30 or P31 depending on build date but not both. Not sure on pricing but it sure looks high for the price US cars go for. The original buyer may have gotten 4% off give or take. This car is getting close to two model years old and 16% off MSRP does seem a little high. 20% off for depreciation would be better. So say $62500. Start at $60000 and try to split the difference. Might have to walk out and give them time to think about it.
Have you checked prices on MB Canada and Autotrader.ca just to get a feel and a bit of a reality check? MB Canada will likely be high but you should be able to find some negotiable prices on Autotrader that will give you some more information on prices in Canada.
GL and P31 is nice. Confirm it is P31. Build date around December 2009 or later but a dealer should be able to confirm it for you with the VIN#.

Sorry my mistake about p30... it is p31 for sure-100%
It has everything but the CF trim.
I have checked autotrader and MB Canada but there is not a lot to compare with. There is only 11 c63's in Canada on autotrader and 5 or 6 on MB Canada.
I have already left a few times and they keep coming back to me. I just don’t want to wait too long and miss out if it is indeed a great deal.

I bought the same car new in December for $72,500. They had 2011s on the lot and wanted to move it out.
You can always find a better deal. Is this the car you want? Are you done waiting and ready to start driving? Up to you to decide how much uncertainty is worth a few extra $.

It's a hard decision, I was waiting for this exact opportunity but for a black one..

Careful buying US cars and importing them into Canada. Even though the bumper laws are harmonized, the compliancy requirements (cluster change, HVAC change) gets quite expensive and negates pretty much all savings.
Talk to MB Canada and give them the VIN, they'll tell you exactly what you need to make the car compliant. You can take that list to your dealer and they'll give you a quote on how much it'll cost.

Definately look into the laws on making it complacent with MTO. Im pretty sure the C63 cannot be brought over the boarden given the green levy we pay when doing so. I was looking at an S5 in the states before picking up my C63 in Toronto and I was look at $3900 just on the green levy. I dont think it will pass the emissions requirements when bringing it over the boarder. You can get a list of vehicles that are approved from transfer from the U.S. to double check.

Yea they are getting a quote on shipping for me, I think i would be comfortable for $62k.
I just dont know if i would regret not holding out for black, This would be my second choice but its a tough decision

You will have to give it a good run to see if the suspension suits you. I hear it is too stiff for some.
A good tune will easily bring the power up.

I have H&Rs but I have not driven the car since I installed them so I am not sure. I hear they are as comfortable as stock. I like a tight car myself so I might even be able to put up with P30 springs.
Just good to give it a try and see how it goes for you. I am pretty sure H&Rs would be a reasonable solution to lower the car a bit and be more comfortable as well.
