Only part that bothers me is that the bolsters seem too narrow for my shoulders and there is nothing to adjust for that. lower back is fine.

I haven't taken a long trip yet though.. Have one planned for next weekend so we'll see.

Sciatica is aggravated in the seated position, and further provoked by the inability to move in our seats. So, yes! I can see how our seats can aggravate an existing condition, but probably not the cause.

Have your wife/gf (or both) give you a hummer before you go out for a drive. Your sciatic will be just fine

I'm about the same height and around 190 and I love these seats. I would firstly adjust the built in air chambers, 2 for the back and 1 for the ribs area.

If that doesn't work then consult a doctor then take up Yoga. I never, ever thought I would 'do' Yoga till a very stressful time came about in my life (and my wife started taking Yoga classes very close to our house ) that made me join my wife's class to relax. Holy cow! I was sold after the first 2-3 classes and I always considered myself the opposite of Mr. Fantastic. The stretching got rid of any stiff muscles (neck, shoulder, back etc) and the meditation got me very relaxed mentally. Anyway, sorry, enough preaching....just my 2 cents.

I find it hard to get a comfortable seating position for a 2-3 hour trip. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

Yeah, these seats were not made for long road trips.

I just can't seem to get any comfortable seating position to save my life. In my E63, this isn't a issue, but the C63 man what I pain in the a** it is. I think that I will do more exploring with the air bladders, and seat back angle.

Yeah, that's your best bet. I was messing around with the seat controls & moved my seat back a little foward & it feels much better than it did before.

Calling your self fat with those stats is going to give me a complex! I'm 6'0" 217lbs, and I don't consider myself fat (unless I look at my 5'2" 100lb wife) Then again I also bench 250+, and as long as I can bench more than I weigh, it's all good!
