I think speedriven has a block tuner that can do this. Im not sure if it works with only their tune or any tune. Ask Jo from speedriven, he was quick to answer all my questions.

Having a tune shouldn't affect snow driving unless you step on the throttle more than you need to for a given situation.
Put the car in "Comfort" and allow the car to short shift.

Do you realize that the power of the car is TOTALLY related with the amount of throttle you put your foot into? A tune adds most of its power on the mid to high RPMs and I highly doubt it you would reach past 4k RPM if you are driving in the snow...
If the car can take Regular fuel your question has the same bearing as "Should I stop using Premium fuel on winter since the car has more horsepower on Premium?" Totally pointless.
