Even then, I personally find the C63 more fun to drive overall, though the Panamera Turbo certainly offers its own kind of fun. I can totally understand why someone would get a Panamera and be happy with their decision.

To me, the fundamental lesson is that there are lots of great cars out there, but they're each great in their own distinct way, so it often comes down to personal preference (eg, as with music). What's cool about a forum like this is that people who made the same choice can connect, and that's especially interesting when dealing with a car as unique and rare as the C63.

well said.

"Value" is 100% in the mind of the owner. We could argue "cheapest 0-60" or "fastest Nurburgring time for the money," but at the end of the day we all have to be proud and happy with our vehicle.

99% of the population will never have the pleasure of driving or owning a Panamera Turbo or even C63, so we don't have much to complain about.

Agreed. I feel lucky to be able to drive an indulgent car like the C63. Maybe not lucky compared to the guy driving a Bugatti, but still lucky compared to the vast majority of the population, even if it's a mere C class

Miserly mpg, exhibitionist torque (i.e. Q5 TDI)
If it were my dough, I'd take the money I was going to spend on a Pana turbo and buy a 911 gt3 for when I want to feel like Superman and a 5 series/A6/Subaru/whatever for when I feel more like Clark Kent.
