Isn't Eiesenmenn already the one who produces AMG's exhausts? To my ears, that system doesn't sound any different then stock.

Not for all AMG's.
I know Eisenmann makes the OEM exhaust for the SL65 Black Series.
Sebring makes the OEM exhaust for the C63.

By contract Eisenmann can't say which systems they produce for AMG. I do know that AMG has a few manufacturers build a system together. For instance the C63 AMG has a Sebring exhaust but the tips are made by Eisenmann.

why oh why are those rears so skinny?
I know the video seems squished but for the love of G.. sell that exhaust and buy wider tires
