That's the issue with 275s in 18" size on OEM wheels for me. They bulge. One reason I went with 19s was that the resulting shorter sidewall means the bulge is far less prevalent.

I fully loaded my backseat with 3 girls on 275s and did not hear or feel any rubbing. On stock suspension without load, the space near mid of wheel well(smallest space) was about 2 fingers in width.

I think so. The DW 275 runs thicker than the PSS so the sidewall would be bigger I'd imagine.
I'm about to pull the trigger on these 275 DW's but i'm worried about the load rating. Is it a big deal? or not really? The 265 is XL while the 275 is SL.

While the DW has a wider section than the PSS the overall diameters are the same and thus the sidewalls are the same.
I am not sure about the SL rating but the rating of the 275 DW (1521 lbs) is higher than the 255 OEM Conti 5P XL (1477 lbs) it replaces. I think you will be alright.

My dad has the stock wheels and suspension with 275 PSS tires on his. there is no rubbing whatsoever and you could fit 285s on the back with rubbing when it bottoms out.
