CF vents opinion?

IMO not a fan. Carbon fiber is used to make a car lighter. Gluing carbon fiber bits ontop of something (rather than replacing) adds no additional benefit.
Then again, I'm not a fan of people leaving cf hoods/trunks unpainted, and I'm obviously a minority on that one.

I like the CF Vent covers. I think they go great with the other CF you have added to your car and it all works well together with the grills like ZephyrAMG pointed out. Do it!!! 
I like them on mine as well but it is Tenorite (Steel Grey) so hard to compare exactly.
