Hi everyone,

What do you think about CF vents? Nice or tacky?

I just borrowed these CF vents from my friend CLK for the shoot to see what it would look on my car. Yay or Nay?

Thanks for the comment jsc... my friend wants to sell them to me at really cheap price, but I'm still not sure if I like the look... plus the fitment is a bit off.

Hiro, yeah... I'm still thinking about whether or not to order the right one for our C63 (if I decide that I love the look).

These vents are made for the CLK, and was only held by scotch tape for the pics... hehehe!

Looks great!! Perfect setup.
I had the Vath style CF vents but didn't look right without a CF lip.

I have them on my C63 and quite like them. Try Vath or for cheaper option, Revozport. My revozpport were perfect quality

Sorry, gonna have to go against the grain on this one - they're ugly. Looks out of place and a bit tacky.

I have to agree, sorry. I think a vinyl cf would look better just on the inner areas if u really want a CF look.

Thanks guys for the feedbacks. It is a bit bulky, that is what's holding me right now... hehehe! CF Di-noc does not match the rest of my CF parts though.

I think it looks awesome. Whether you do the CF add on or if you do vinyl, either way you have a great pattern of dark/light contrast that looks awesome.

I think CF vents are either a "love or hate" story... so I'll sleep on this for now... hehehe!

LOL...Actually I am also an artist. I do water colors and oils paintings, graphics, etc...Contrast and patterns and the sort really stand out to me. So the black on white pattern you have looks excellent...

That looked so professional. On a serious note, I agree with your daughter's artwork on Roswell's photo.

I'd say leave it out because it looks "busy" with your smoked side marker. It might be better with clear markers or color-matched ones. Other than that, the car looks tasty with the new wheels and stance.
