CEL again
Got the dreaded CEL yesterday! I dropped the car off this morning at MB. Ended up being the intake manifold gasket was leaking. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Codes where P0171 and P2187. I had it in two three weeks ago for a purge valve. CEL came back on two weeks later. They also had to tap two holes and replace the studs bolts. Not what you want to see on your invoice. Kind of makes me nervous...

I had P0171. Replaced K&N filter, CEL came back right away, Replaced Purge valve then CEL came back on after a week..
Dealer invoice says they did smoke test, replace intake manifold gasket and bolts.
no more CEL.
