Hmm, I have to admit it's starting to look pretty good from that head-on shot. And I didn't think the 2012 headlights looked as aggressive as the 08-11 headlights, but they look pretty menacing on that white car.

Harrower, thank you for getting these pics up here so quickly. Seeing it in white like that just sold me 100% on the car. The spoiler doesn't look half bad either, I really like how it kind of balances out the rear end.

Are the lights on the white car blacked out? They look a bit darker than the ones on the red car.

Most likely yes but number is unknown. From what I know of Oz pricing though, expect big-time sticker price shock!

Online says 2nd quarter of 2012 to Australia and I'm guessing would be around 250-300k AUD

C63 Black Series Mars Red

Good lawd that Mars Red C63 Black Series looks astonishing! The things i would do to it. Let me count zee ways... lol

1. HRE Wheels (not sure which style yet)
2. Change the grille to a Brabus CF Style
3. Lower it moar!!
4. Since it uses the M156....Weistec S/C?
5. LTH, ECU, Etc..
6. Call it a day.

They are Recaro Pole Positions. The mount is usually the only issue.

The seats will not be available in the US because of liability issues with MBUSA and DOT certification. In addition to the SL65BS, the same thing happened with CLK BS where US got different seats. MB WILL NOT MAKE THESE AVAILABLE IN US FOR SALE for sure....trust me I have tried to get them for someone here on forum and AMG will not even ship them if there is US address. Now you can of course simply go and get aftermarket racing seat like Sparco, Corbeau or Recaro and have some custom rails made. That might be easiest solution.

Few more shouts from the Launch Pt 1
Mike and I just landed back in Toronto. What an amazing weekend!! Here are a few more shots of the BS. Some iPhone some my point and shoot. Will have more tomorrow once Mike loads from the Nikon.

A few notes.

The seats we see will not be coming to N/A. as earlier stated by Harrow. It will be a mix between the C63 sedan and coupe seats. should be revealed in the next few weeks once the Marketing guys meet this week and send out finalized spec's and codes for Canada / US.

The front rotors are HUGE. 390mm

Tires on the Track spec are Dunlop Sport Maxx "Race" developed specifically for the car. F:255.35.19 R: 285.30.19

Track version does have A/C and Radio. Rear seat (2 place) is optional.
