i.e what parts would need to be changed? hood, headlights, bumper
rear has been done as iv seen on the forum but no concrete proof of it being possible on the front. im pretty sure it would but was wondering if any of you guys knew

Its possible, you would have to change the front bumper, Side 1/4 panels, hood, and headlights.
This will be pretty expensive especially the headlights.

thanks for the reply.
will the 1/4 panels definitly need to be changed? its not a problem but it will bring costs down.
as for the headlights, will the wiring be very difficult? it will be done by an mercedes autoelectrician, so im sure they would more than competent enough to re-wire and code the headlights.
The front bumper leds dont look too much of a big job, the main job will be wiring in the headlights as im going from halogen to xenon?
thanks again

in the uk, the w204 2012s are fetching over £40k, that would mean putting in an extra £25k just to get the facelift. i will be able to source the parts, so if it ends up costing 2-3k, it will be worth it?

Yea i think your referring to Dome, hes done the rear facelift and it looks millions times better than the pre-facelift.
I might have to just bite the bullet and give it a go,using just the hood, headlights to begin with then if required get the fenders and bumper.
but if anyone else knows, ur help will be appreciated

Personally I think the the biggest difference (and what appeals to me the most between the pre and post facelift is the gearbox, interior, suspension, then back in that order. Im not to crazy about the front though. Having said that, I already have the new taillights Juat need to figure out the wiring issues

MOW204, its is indeed possible with just headlights and hood. I am defiantly planning to do the same when I upgrade to Revozport front bar. In further discussions the 2012 C63 front bar has slightly different mounts so that would make it a little more difficult but the headlights are virtually plug and play with virtually no coding required.
Can you PM me the part numbers and prices when you have time?

I'd like to do this too in the future perhaps...so I am subscribing and hoping someone can confirm what parts are really needed. I'm hoping no change in bumper since I just got a Revozport DTM bumper...

Mercedes C63 amg, Bmw X5,
You dont need to change the bumper. I dont understand but its obvious that they just cut off a bit of the headlights on the top - which changes only hood. The res is exactly the same. Maybe some different mounts but thats it.

Seems like a waste of money... just my opinion. I agree with emericr, just sell youre car if it feels tired to you. thought people bought this car mostly because of how it drives, not based on the "looks" besides who wouldve thought the lights do that much for you! haha

I know it's an old thread , but I was thinking if somebody did it or not.

I wreaked my front bumper, it might be worth it to facelift.

Or you could just do a bumper cover conversion only. The FL bumper fits the pre-FL cars but you'll end up with some gaps around the headlights.
