Add all the options and you get a total of 170000 €. If this is gonna become a flaming war i don't intend to be a part of it. First of all it's gonna be driven by the two guys at mb until 1500 km, when it has been properly driven in. Then i don't know about their plans for the rest of the autumn. could be they let some customer test drive it. I was told that the car would then be in a showroom the whole winter, and when spring comes i'm taking over the car that i've ordered and customized according to my own wishes.
I actually wanted to share these pictures because 1) I'm excited, and 2) there have been no pictures posted on this forum of an estate except for MB's own promo photos.
As for the calculations, a deal like this was done with an E63. The price had in half a year fallen from 230000 € to 150000 €. Obviously it's more in €, but the percentage is according to them gonna be around the same, which is 45 %. This would lead to the car costing 110k, 60k less than retail. I don't know about you guys but i think it's an amount large enough to wait for. Unless you have a sh*tload of money :P
The last purpose intended with this thread was to start some sort of argument. Like i said i just wanted to share this. I don't really care if i own the car now, or a few months from now, it's still mine, just basically still on order. If you have a problem with this (for some reason) then fine, but it's a great deal, and i can stand it not having 20km without fainting. People are different in that way...

It might even be. They thought here as well that it wasn't but eventually managed to figure out how to get it. It's code E06 if i remember correctly. Give it a shot if you're thinking about buying a 2012.

yea man 1st I've ever heard of something like this .. Makes me want togo to my benz dealer , order a brand new modelcar with all the options I want and special colors , but isnt that when they ask for a deposit or something ..So he must of payed for the car before hand and is just leavin it at the dealer because I dont see any dealer in the world lettin you order a car with certain options n colors before any payment or deposit has been made ,

Ur an idiot. I'm getting mine and thrown winter tires and rims on. I even told the dealer that I want to be in the passenger seat when they take it put for the preliminary checks on the car. **** dealers you cannot trust them. The lost important time on the car is the first 1600km. If I was you I would get the extended warranty for sure.

Last post i'm making to this thread as a "defense". If you don't like, you can get the f*ck out. And Jono, i buy extended warranty on all cars, not because of distrust against friends, but because it is expensive to fix an AMG engine if something goes awry.

Most of you bought your C's used which were driven hard as well.
Why is it such a big problem if the dealer breaks it in?? It's under warranty anyway.

Just do the math. A new C63 costs in Finland 170k EUR with designo options - what's the price in the States? ... Yeah that's what I thought.
He saves a ton of money and gets a car which has 200km on the clock.

Props to you Jycke for not getting ripped off by the Finnish taxes and for configuring an amazing car.
The Estate looks sick - I love the two tone seats, especially with the carbon fibre trim.
