Just got K1...cant keep C63's *** straight

Just got my K1 tune in an ive been burning tread for the past hour.

The pull after 4k is insane now, definitely feel a difference. Problem is I had a hard time with traction before, now if I step on the gas anything before 40MPH my *** is all over the place.

Forget about trying to take off from a standstill with ESP off...

Any advice on how were supposed deliver all this new power to the wheels without spinning??

.

I got 275's in the rear, on stock wheels, and they grip pretty well.

Are you running stock tires? That might be one of your problems.

These tyres do not have enough grip from a dig, but handling not too bad.

They mean did you go wider in the rear. Go 275. It really helps.

i'm actually running a 255 in the rear cuz i have my coilovers set pretty low . i hear everyone say to run 265 or 275 but i hook just fine . i think you just have to figure out how to play with the throttle . this car only allows so much for tire . so unless you go widebody , i don't think it makes that big a difference .

255 -> 275 is night and day.

That said I still have trouble hooking on worn Pilot super sports. When the tires were new it would hook at WOT on flat pavement in a straight line from idle in first.... but in less than perfect conditions I'd get the traction light.

If I could put 295s on the back I would! If someone would make a clean widebody kit and package it up for sale they'd have lots of buyers I'm sure.

You're fooling yourself, esp since you have headers, and running 255's, what a joke (no offense to you, just trying to encourage you to take advantage of the power). I have coilovers, the rears aren't on the lowest setting, but the payoff of having traction is far greater than looks (I also don't like the rear sag look, so it's win win for me).

well my coilovers are not on the lowest setting . i just want my car to sit level in the front and back . i hook up just fine so i don't see how you can call my setup a joke . i guess your "win win" is for you and i will stick to my setup . my Neovas hook up great . i don't track my car . it's just my weekend play toy and it's setup just fine for now . i am working on my own widebody setup without paying a rediculous price . i am getting ready for my Weistec application . when i get done with my car , it will be a "win win" for me

they are advan neova ad08's @265.

So Nitto NT05's @ 275 should do the trick? Any issues with 275's on the stock 18 inchers?

My advans are 265/35 so should i go 275/30?

PS2's with 1500 miles on them and if I just stomp it I burns through first and second easily. Nice fishtail too. Lots of fun. Its all about throttle control. Nothing but drag radials keep you from spinning in a tuned c63.
