97 Porsche GT2 Wide Bodied Cabrio, Mercedes G500
CONFIRMED: 2012 Side Markers
Took a chance because they looked the same...

And it worked out! Bolts right on. I tinted the lights with a light smoke vinyl sticker film.

I think it turned out nice!

So if anyone wants to change their 2012 side markers it's all the same! 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012

Good info to pass on. I have been away for two weeks. Anyone know if the grill from a 2012 fits prior models?

been meaning to stop by a dealer and get some quick measurements. some pics it looks the same some it doesn't. my money is on it fitting.

You have to remove it from under the hood. The bulb and bulb housing are removed by simply rotating it and pulling it out. Then the actual marker snaps into its own housing. If you look, there is a little clip you can depress that will free it up from its own housing. Then it is easily removed. Tricky part is getting the housing lined back up correctly when you install the new marker.

This should be a very easy DIY. Small hands help otherwise you may get some bloody knuckles.

Ebay is probably the most popular. I believe Evosport or some other vendor sells markers that match the OEM paint color.

NP at all. You should definitely get the smoked ones then get them tinted for your black C63. It would look amazing!!!

Tell Simon (fishcake321) the guy who bought 5 sets from him referred you, and try to ask him if you can get a better deal. Or I can give you his email, so you can buy it directly from him without going thru ebay, that way, he might be able to give you a better deal.

The side markers for 2012 W204 non AMG are completely different. Anyone find clear ones for the new style or confirm that they are the same on the E-Class?
