C63 Wheel gap question....

I know that on most C63s the front seems to be slightly higher then the rear.

Rear is about 1 finger gap and the front is about a 2.5 finger gap.

Is there a way to match the front with the rear by simply changing the rubber spring pillows?

If I lowered with with H&R springs would the rear still be slightly lower than the front?

thanks in advance!

If you get h&r coilovers, you can adjust it to however you want.

Not sure about removing the rubber pillows, I'm sure it will affect the ride of the car. Just do it the right way and get coilovers.

i do remember someone mentioning that you can get a thicker OEM rubber pillow to raise the rear abit for an even looking drop. I'll post a link if i can find that thread.

edit: found it.

https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...gs-review.html

raises the rear by 3mm for a more even looking wheel gap. Part numbers are included in the thread.

i thought I could put a slimmer front spring rubber to lower the front a little. Guess it's not possible.

Just ordered a set of KW V3s =O)

Helps having a KW lead engineer in the family.

Yeah I realized that when I jacked up the car and removed the wheel today.

So I called my brother at KW and the rest is history =O)
